Refund policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes refunds under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. This page explains how they apply to OpenGeocoding. If the law where you live gives you more rights, those rights apply.
- 14-day withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first subscription payment and get a full refund. Later monthly renewals are not covered by this right.
- Monthly fees. Otherwise we don’t refund partial months. Cancelling stops future renewals; the requests you paid for stay available until the end of the paid period.
- A service that doesn’t work as described. Consumers keep their statutory rights for a digital service that doesn’t conform to the contract, including a price reduction or refund.
- What a refund changes. A refund removes the refunded share of the requests that payment granted, including an upgrade’s additional requests. Requests already used stay counted.
To ask for a refund, email support@opengeocoding.com from your account’s email address, or use the link in your Paddle receipt or paddle.net. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method.
